For Scheduling Appointments:

  • All clients must pay for their virtual appointment to complete the scheduling process.
  • All scheduled meetings have a one time, non-refundable fee, for each service including those for different year(s). . There are no refunds on appointments.
  • To cancel your appointment or reschedule, you must call our office.


  • For Virtual Tax Appointments:

  • Tax Returns will NOT be completed at the time of the virtual meeting. They will be completed with 1 to 24 hours following that appointment. 
  • All scheduled meetings have a one time, non-refundable fee to secure the time slot. There are no refunds on appointments.


  • For All Meetings & Appointments:

  • Each time a client misses an appointment without proper notice, another client is prevented from an appointment. Therefore, HGG, Inc reserves the right to charge a fee of $5.00 for all missed appointments (“no shows”) and appointments not cancelled with a 24-hour advance notice. 
  • “No Show” fees will be billed to the client. This fee is not part of the engagement fee paid with engaging our services and must be paid prior to your next appointment. Multiple “no shows” in any time period may result in service termination from our practice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to best serve the needs of all of our clients. 
  • By confirming this appointment, you acknowledge that you have read this notice and understand this policy.
